Here at Langley's Thrift Haven, we want you to love every item you purchase from us. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!
Eligibility for Returns:
- Gently Used Items: If an item is already considered 'gently used', we will accept the return within 14 days from the purchase.
- Unworn Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn if new with tags, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
Items Excluded from Returns
- Final Sale Items: Certain items marked as 'final sale' are not eligible for return.
- Intimate Apparel: For hygienic reasons, intimates such as swimsuits cannot be returned.
- Size: We strive to provide accurate sizing information and measurements to help our customers make informed decisions. We do NOT accept returns based solely on fitting preferences. We encourage our customers to refer to the measurements listed in the description before making any purchases.
- Style/ Preference: Returns based on change of heart regarding style, color, or personal preference are not eligible.
Return Process for Eligible Items:
If the item(s) qualifies for a return based on our policy:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service support team through the 'contact' page within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Details: Provide your order number and item details for reference.
- Return Authorization: Once authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
- Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
Return Shipping:
- Cost Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
- Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure a safe delivery.
Refunds:
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 2 days of receiving the returned item.
- Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Damaged/ Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged item/ incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receiving the package. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue.
