How Shopping Works

The shop includes handmade goods, boutique finds, and secondhand clothing. Here’s the easiest way to find what you need and know what to expect.
1. Choose What You’re Shopping For
- Shop Handmade: Items made or finished by Hanna Belle & Co., including bookish accessories, keychains, stickers, drinkware, bags, apparel, gifts, and seasonal pieces.
- Boutique Finds: New apparel and accessories selected to complement the handmade shop.
- Secondhand Clothing: Pre-loved clothing and shoes. Because these pieces are secondhand, quantities and sizes are usually one of a kind.
2. Review the Listing
Open a product to view its photos, price, available options, and description. For personalized items, read the listing carefully and enter all requested information before adding it to your cart.
3. Add to Cart and Check Out
Use the shopping-bag icon to review your items, remove anything you no longer need, and proceed to secure checkout. Shipping options and payment methods will appear during checkout.
4. Custom Orders
Not everything has to begin as an existing listing. Use the Custom Orders & Contact page to ask about personalized items, bulk quantities, school or team orders, event merchandise, and other ideas.
5. Processing and Shipping
Ready-to-ship and handmade-to-order items can have different processing times. The product description will provide the most relevant details. Order and shipping updates are sent to the email address used at checkout.
6. Secondhand Item Notes
Secondhand items may show normal signs of previous wear. I do my best to photograph and describe noticeable flaws, measurements, and condition details so you can shop confidently.
7. Returns and Help
Please review the Return Policy before purchasing, especially for customized, personalized, or secondhand items. For questions about a product or order, use the contact page and include your order number when applicable.
